「Everyone was polite!」

「We stayed 5 days. Twice we asked for clean towels and an extra blanket and were told both times that they didn't have any to provide. The breakfast was decent, but the area was not clean. The pool was designed for small kids - we were 2 adults and 3 teens so did not enjoy it. Also the water was greenish brownish. There was a wedding on Saturday and by Monday, there were still rose petals all over the floor in the main hallway and all of the trashcans in the public areas were still...

「Pros: Clean, spacious room Strong, hot shower Cons: There was no one dedicated to manning the breakfast area. So the front desk staff member had to refill items when she had time, which wasn't often. So at 8 am, they were out of milk, French toast sticks, waffle batter, and tater tots. Not ideal! Also, the streaming apps on the TV didn't work at all. All of them gave an error message. I called the front desk and was told management had decided to shut them off for security reasons. 「I loved the suite, just really had issues with the washing machine. You're all awesome. Expedia staff was AMAZING. They were helpful hotel lady on the phone was really kind and sweet. 「We were in Green Bay for the Packers Stockholders meeting. This hotel is within walking distance of Lambeau Field. This hotel was awesome. The bed, room and facility was clean and comfortable. We definitely will stay here again.」

「This hotel looks nice in pictures, but in reality there are nails popping everywhere and the bathroom tub is an overlay that isn't applied properly. There were small pieces of trash around the bathroom trash can from the people before us. The lobby holds the eating area and has no sound absorption, you can barely hear the front desk person talking. We chose to not eat there because that looked horrible too. The pool was closed in the morning due to a "chemical imbalance", and the hot tub was...
