「Leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt til, vi tok trikken inn til gamle byen som tok noen minutter, lett å komme seg frem. Leiligheten var helt ok, men fant en del sølv/sjeggkre på rommet noe som er veldig kjedelig å få med seg hjem i kofferten. Veldig dårlig kommunikasjon fra dag en, forståelsesfulle og serviceinnstilteer de hvertfall ikke. Frokost ble levert på døren i en take-away boks kl 8 på morgenen. Den inneholdt noen tørre brødskiver, et par svette gulost skiver, misfarget egg, smakløs...

「The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, yet the neighborhood is not perfect. On the way walking to #179 or #304 bus station, it needs go under a turned which is dirty. They charge only 38 pln for breakfast, but I would rather pay 55 pln for a delicious one like I had in Warsaw. It is very simple breakfast, but coffee machine is...

「Breakfast suited me fine with many options. Staff were lovely and helpful They have their own restaurant right opposite which served me the best pasta dish I have ever eaten. There is a shop next for which is very handy. Public transport is nearby but only about a 20 - 30 mins walk to the old town and the Jewish Quarter. Room very stylish, spacious and modern. It was a wonderful stay. 」

「It is a wonderful hotel. The distance from Krakow main train station to hotel is only ten stops by bus. The two ladies both day and night shift are wonderful and attentive. They are also helpful in everything. Hair dryer, hot water, direction?, all provide. Healthy food for breakfast too. This give me a good impression travel in Krakow」

「雖然離市區有段距離，但地點便利，外面即有電車站可達老城區，早餐算相當豐富，房間寬敞乾淨及舒適，雖有提供無線網路但不穩定，有提供洗衣設施，向櫃臺詢問及付費即可，唯一缺點是房間沒有冷氣，所以如果盛夏到訪，要有心理準備，會很悶熱 」

「Hotel VERY convenient for public transport from the airport and easy to locate by foot. Pleasant walk across the river from the city centre (trams and buses also serve). Staff pleasant and welcoming. Room and communal areas clean and well maintained. Hotel sells a small selection of groceries but there is a convenience store located next to the hotel too!」
