It’s not bad at all—considering the price, the distance from the city center is understandable. Overall, it was okay. However, the place felt a bit like a ghost town—abandoned, with no reception in sight. During our two-night stay, I couldn't find breakfast on either morning, even though I was up by 7 a.m. both days.

Зручний готель для подорожуючих автомобілем.

Досить великий готель, який станом на березень 2024 року знаходиться в стані ремонту і оновлення. Пропонує власні СПА-процедури. Близкість до дороги А4 у поєднанні із власним паркінгом, який прямо біля дверей готелю, робить його зручним для подорожуючих автомобілем. Номери ще тримають в собі колишній шарм 4-х зіркового рівня. Враховуючи бюджетну ціну, оцвнюю твердо на 4 із 5. .

The staff not friendly, no eye contact. Room too hot. Bed topper covered in plastic so not comfortable. Help your self to the mini bar but was empty. Far out from centre but tram was close to hotel. Came back to hotel at 10pm & bar shut. Hotel dark as not all the lights were on. At least 20 mins on a tram from centre. Didn't check out Spa as left after 1 night & booked another hotel for next 3 nights. When booking out was not asked why we were leaving early.

The hotel is very dated, breakfast was shocking, very limited, toaster broken and one morning the electrics failed and breakfast room was in darkness, staff very unhelpful

Tres belle chambre et belle salle de bain, le tout au calme, par contre pas de wifi en chambre pour les tel. portables, pour les computers pas de problemes de wifi en chambre, teles (ecran plat) que des chaines polonaises (et sous-titres polonais), personnel souriant et professionnel, resto plutot bon...hotel a cote d'une galerie commerciale (100-200 metres) : TESCO, je recommande cet hotel pour son rapport qualite-prix...sinon : attention aux cyclistes sur les trottoirs : des pistes cyclables sont amenagees sur certains trottoirs mais pas partout !les cyclistes eux roulent partout sur les trottoirs...donc, soyez vigilents !par ailleurs, Cracovie est une ville magnifique qui merite la ballade...bonnes vacances a tous et a toutes !: )

Hotel un pò d'annata ma tutto sommato ben organizzato per i servizi. Camere ordinate e bagni ampi e puliti ma colazione soprattutto dei dolci scadente. Non vicino dal centro ma raggiungibile col tram con fermata a due passi. Zona trafficata da auto e un po' rumorosa.

Dated and drab. Breakfast was excellent. Didn’t get to try the facilities ie swimming pool or spa because we were moved to another hotel for our last night. Apparently they have done this before. Disrupted our break, new hotel knew nothing of our transfer and made us wait over an hour whilst they sorted it out. It was further out of the city, in fact double the taxi fare. However, was nearer the airport. I wouldn’t stay at the symposium again, and would look for somewhere nearer the city centre.

za dużo gwiazdek

Hotel idealnie położony - tu duży plus, pokój w miarę OK - jedynie na co zwróciłbym uwagę to niezbyt fajny zapach wydostający się z łazienki po wejściu do pokoju (po otwarciu okien OK). Śniadania średnie (brak kawy z ekspresu). Z basenu i strefy SPA nie korzystałem - także się nie wypowiadam. Sam hotel wg mnie nie zasługuje na taką liczbę gwiazdek.

Slitet och osäkert

Gammal och rätt slitet hotell men förvisso rent. Det vi störde oss mest på var att det kändes osäkert vad gäller brandrisk. Det står madrasser i trapphusen som är brandutrymningsvägar och det är osäkert om brandvarnaren är ok då den ser ut att vara från 60-talet.

Ett sk spa med en bastu som höll knappt 50grader, trasig belysning och svinkall pool. Inga handdukar ell badrockar. Duschen knappt varmvatten, kändes som man stängde ner. Frukosten allt annat än ätbar, torr och tråkig. Rummen direkt från krigstiden, sängen katastrof med endast filtar. Beläget nära en jättekorsning där spårvagnen 'kör rakt igenom'när det dundrar förbi
