「This was a uniquely architectural building that was a joy to call home for 4 days! Staff was attentive and welcoming and the facility was just far off the “hustle and bustle” of Old Town central that we consider the location PERFECT! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Krakow. And we will be back (traveling from SE USA), partly because of the ‘feel’ during our stay @ this hotel!」

「Best communication ever. Messages were prompt, thorough, detailed, accurate, and so helpful. The location could be better. The room was fantastic. The only reason you might not stay is no elevator and lots of stairs. But if you can handle stairs this was excellent choice. We also appreciated being able to wash clothes and laundry pods provided. Clothes dried quickly on drying racks. We bought a few groceries at the store and cooked breakfast in the kitchenette. The coffee was also very good....

「Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...
