「Great location, good quality room. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that, also didn’t eat at the Japanese themed restaurant but would have tried it if we stayed longer. Helpful info on check-in and city map explained. We had an accessible room which meant it was nice and big but the bathroom was a wet-room style and the shower water went onto most of the floor which isn’t very practical. Also no surfaces in the bathroom to put things on, so it had to be the floor which isn’t...

「Stayed in largest room. Jacuzzi tub, sauna, 3 baths loft with large bed upstairs. Old, old hotel, small, 2 person elevator. Breakfast was comparable to other hotels. A bit noisy at night due to proximity to Town Market Square. Very, very convenient!」

「Our room was on the 1st floor, with a windows to the inside of the hotel, so not a great location. No window to the outside. You can hear dining room noises from our bedroom. No tea offered in bedroom, only coffee. Lighting was aggressive in the bedroom. Lovely stay otherwise.」

「Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

「We love the hotel the location. The staff was great. They help us set up a ride to the airport at four for 4:30 in the morning. A quick two minute walk to the main Square where all dining coffee shops And milk bars are located shopping is fantastic. You can find whatever you’re looking for. They offer carriage rides, and golf cart rides. We will be staying there again.」

「The location was everything that you need for a visit to krakow. The room was spacious. Bed comfortable and I especially enjoyed the high ceilings in the room and the very large bathroom. Front desk was very pleasant and check in was easy. The location was a block from the castle and a short walk from The square. Highly recommend this hotel. Great breakfast place on the corner.
