「Highly recommended. Easy access to places, just a beautiful location and the hotel staff members were very friendly. A free Champagne bottle in the room was a surprise! You can take it to outdoor patio/restaurant to drink. Lots storage places to place your belongings. The bed was very comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel.」

「一般，這個價錢不值。」

「Great location, great service. It is a great hotel. I will stay it again if I visit Krakow again.」

「地點、旅館形態，都非常OK。房間非常有個性！舒適！」

「位置极佳，就在广场旁边，房间条件一般，但毕竟在老城区已经很难能可贵了」

「Nice hotel, very classy. I wish the hotels that I picked in Switzerland would had been that nice.」

「Very good experience , staff very helpful and very nice .spacious room, near city Centre in old town , a bit far away from krakow glowny train station. Have microwave oven , very convenient. 」

「The location of the suites is perfect- close to the main square, transportation and the old wall loop. Loved the setup and cleanliness of the room- can still hear the bugler….」

「飯店沒有停車場，導航不容易找到、因為附近都是單行道」

「Overall very clean and well run hotel in the middle of the city.」

「Room was big and clean. Bathroom clean. Shower not huge but able to stand and touch elbows on outside. Breakfast not great at all. Eggs dripping wet, sausage and hot dogs only warm protein available. Very limited fruit. Breakfast only reason I gave 4 stars.」

「Hotel was in a very good location near to the centre and Wawel Castle, Bedroom was very clean and spacious but I personally didn’t like the twin beds put together with the wooden frame. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Wawel Hotel」

「Very cute and historic hotel, conveniently located next to the Planty (garden park) and the outskirts of Old Town 5 minute walk from the Cathedral Square and a 10-15 minute walk from Kazimierz. Staff was super friendly, restaurant had great food. Still here for another few hours but highly recommend to other travelers.」
