This is a lovely hotel in a superb location 5 minutes walk from the main square. Everything was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, reception staff helpful and breakfast was nicely prepared tasty food with a good range of hot and cold options. Nothing to criticise!

Excellent location. Hotel was decorated well and very clean. Breakfast was a good buffet with plenty to choose from. Coffee was good. The only thing that let it down was that the property amenities states that rooms are sound proofed, they are not, you could hear other guests talking in the next room. Overall a good stay.

The room was clean and the hotel staff was very helpful. Our packed breakfast was ready early when we had to leave for an early morning tour. What I like best is the location. It's very close to the Old Town where the Christmas markets are. It's close to a grocery and shopping, too. The TV in our room was not fixed till the day before our departure. I would say that was the only fly in the ointment. I definitely would stay there again.

Great place to stay in a central location

Really enjoyed our stat in Krakow. Hotel was very central although finding it by car was difficult. I thought I had booked a car parking spot but it may have been my error. The reserve car parking option was 5 mins walk but navigating to it by car was over 2km and 10 mins. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice - mainly salads and cold buffet.

Lovely hotel in the heard of Old Town

Beautiful hotel located in Old Town Krakow. The rooms were modern and clean, breakfast was most than I expected and they conveniently allowed me to store my luggage while I toured around the city.

We had a fantastic stay in Krakow and the H12 hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from the main square. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Free water in the rooms and free coffee and cakes in reception were a nice bonus. Buffet breakfast was always well stocked and included a variety of Polish hot and cold dishes. Hotel happy to look after your luggage on checkout.

Wonderful boutique hotel with 20 rooms in an excellent part of the city located near all the restaurants in the world - staff provided extra pillows and arranged a staff driver to take us to the airport at 4:30 - very helpful

Great stay in old town

Very nice stay in the old town, right near all the action but enough removed to be able to have windows open at night (sort of). Breakfast was great and international. Very accommodating front desk, including lunchboxes since we left for a trip very early. Room servicing was always done early. Beds only had a comforter which was hot on these rare summery days, but the room had sufficient A/C. Bathroom was fine, minimal with liquid soap/shampoo combo. All in all, a very good stay!
