Very clean, very large room, friendly staff, the best location, very good hot tub and swimming pool, very good breakfast, beautiful hotel. They provided yummy and beautiful sweets and a bottle of wine after checkin. The hotel was a palace before. The room is large and super high ceiling with beautiful decorations.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this 100000% to anyone spending time in krakow. The interior is gorgeous and the pool/sauna/spa area was so cool!
