Very clean, very large room, friendly staff, the best location, very good hot tub and swimming pool, very good breakfast, beautiful hotel. They provided yummy and beautiful sweets and a bottle of wine after checkin. The hotel was a palace before. The room is large and super high ceiling with beautiful decorations.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this 100000% to anyone spending time in krakow. The interior is gorgeous and the pool/sauna/spa area was so cool! We had a room on the interior of the 3rd floor so not much of a view but a large skylight with a motor driven shade. It was super cozy and very quiet, and very large. Well appointed with free waters and a Nespresso machine and hot water kettle (and caffeinated and decaf options for coffee and tea). Mini bar, but we didn’t use it. Shower was nice, though slightly hard to keep the water hot. The array for breakfast was so lovely and the staff there and in the hotel was very attentive! Fantastic location for restaurants and sight seeing. We would definitely come back (and we loved Krakow).
