「We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet...

「I think this is a very good hotel. The rooms are a comfortable size, and clean. Recently they appear to have installed an electronic room service and cleaning process but this isn't well explained and I'm convinced that the heating system wasn't working but it was difficult to ascertain (it did get cold at night). 「The apartment itself was nice. However, the bathroom has a sewage smell eminating from the shower drain. When the bathroom door was left open, the smell filled the room and we needed to open the windows. They advertise there is a washer and a dryer included in the apartment.
