「The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent, as was the staff. The breakfast was very good, highly recommend the omelette. The fact you could hang the little bag on your bedroom door too, to prevent the cleaner changing your towles and bedsheets for economical benefits was a lovely touch. This also resulted in a little treat being left in the bag when we returned each day. Great hotel, great staff, and a beautiful city.」

「Séjour excellent. Emplacement idéal pour les visites de la ville. Le café disponible non stop dans une véranda remarquable. Excellent isolation sonore des bruits de la ville. Isolation perfectible du bruit des chambres voisines. Grand choix au petit déjeuner (légumes, omelettes, musli ...) Accueil excellent à la réception avec des services rapides et souriant. Quelqu'un parlait même en français ! Je reviendrai à cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Cracovie 」
