The shower was a little awkward with being half enclosed, half wet room and did spill water out onto the floor. 「Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. 「Hotel Wawel is conveniently located in the old town and couple of minutes walk to the main square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome in July and the rooms were very quiet. We used the free coffee machine and water dispenser on the first floor which was a nice touch and there was a wide choice of food to choose from at breakfast. 「We enjoyed a 3 night stay in the split level apartment. The place was clean and well presented. Bed was reasonably comfortable but would definitely benefit from some new pillows as the ones provided were small and well used (in fairness to the host i did not get a chance to raise this issue during in my stay due to a hectic schedule!)
