「Great hotel in a great location. Breakfast was nice and the bar was good too. Nice clean cosy room and friendly professional staff. The only issue was the street outside got quite noisy during the night, though I'm sure that's normal for this area of Krakow. Really excellent value for money.」

「Overall, it was a very nice hotel. My complaints would include the karaoke bar next door was very loud and open until very late (2 am). It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The water temperature in the shower took constant adjustments or the temperature went up and down significantly. Even with the above complaints, I enjoyed the stay there and would potentially stay there again.」

「It was a great stay there! The reception was very kind. It was difficult to complain any:)」

「Incredible view, great breakfast spread, would recomend highly.」

「Perfectly located, especially with the tram line outside the hotel for those preferring not to walk so far. The two restaurants don’t let it down, and the Polish Michelin Guide Stradom 12 is worth a visit. Hedwigs bar shouldn’t be missed either - fantastic drinks and great service. Overall, a fantastic hotel nestled in between the old town and the...

「Great location, lovely stay!」

「The hotel was beautiful, well kept and in a good location to explore Krakow. The staff was exceptional!」

「Very friendly staff, so quick to respond to my messages. Great location, right on the main square, convenient to all dining and sightseeing opportunities. The room is spacious with a view of the square and included a kitchen with amenities. The elevator was an added perk.」

「Great hotel. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is really well located. Close to castle and old town. Only c. 25 minutes from airport. Breakfast is a bit pricey. There are a couple of cafes within a couple of minutes walk which are really nice and better value. Overall the hotel is wonderful and we’d definitely stay again.」

「Great apartment in an excellent location, very close to the city center and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and maintained to a very high standard. It really feels like the owner has thought of every detail to make the stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Everything is high quality, with air conditioning in every room and very comfortable beds. Overall, the apartment is comparable to a 5-star hotel in terms of...
