Great hotel just off the main square in the old town. Plenty of options for sightseeing, food and drink. We had a room on the third floor at the back of the property so nice and quiet.

I wish I never had to leave this amazing hotel and city! The entire staff at this hotel was so kind and lovely; helping me before I even got there with booking day trips and car service from the airport. They helped with my lost luggage and countless other questions I had. The breakfast was yummy and the staff there was so efficient, making sure everything was fresh and delicious. The location is ideal--so easy to get around and so close to Old Town Square and Cloth Market. Thank you to everyone there for making my stay perfect!

For the price the location is excellent. Looking out of our window we could see the start of the main Square so felt right in the heart of Krakow. The breakfast was good as well. The train station is about 15 minute walk and the Castle 10 minutes so a great location to be able to visit all of the recommended places.

Great location as it is close to the main square without being right IN the square. The entrance to the rooms are a few paces to the right of the actual reception office. There are no elevators to get to the rooms so be aware if you need wheelchair access it may be something you explicitly ask for. The street below can get very noisy on the weekends but overall I’d stay here again
