At the centre of the stare misato of krakow, very convenient. The room is clean spacious, it has an open kitchen with basic cooking utensils. The front desk is 24 hours and staff is helpful.

Reasonable price with best location!

Very good location!! Just 2mins walk to the main square, and around 10-15mins walk to Krakow Glowny. Just a bit noisy from the street during midnight. But room is nice and have stable wifi. Staff are helpful. You can find many restaurants nearby. Havn't try the breakfast, but enjoyed a very nice dinner with reasonable price. Worth to try the restaurant which located next to the reception.

It's good, clean and comfortable. The reception is also kind and full of enthusiasm. The special thing is the room has been rebuilt a new style in old building.The only one disadvantage is that it didn't include the breakfast in room charge. But it's also worth to have breakfast in that hotel.

The reception staff made you feel like you were troubling them and didn’t even acknowledge you when they walked past reception whilst waiting. The junior suite with jacuzzi, the room was an amazing size however the shower flooded the whole bathroom due to water not being drained. So deep you were ankle deep in water. The dining room area had drips of water continuously coming down from the room overhead. This was mentioned to the lady on reception who lazily said yes we are aware there is a problem, it happens and yeh it is what it is. The other slight complaint, we stayed for 3 nights however the first 2 were in a different room due to originally staying for 2 nights. When we checked out at 11am we reminded them we were staying another night in a different room and was there a chance we could get our room earlier. They didn’t seem at all helpful and after going out and returning early the room was only ready 15 mins before. Other rooms must of been ready before I just thought it would be courteous of them as existing guests to of cleaned out room first. Noisy location but you are in the centre. I wouldn’t recommend this place neither would I stay again. Krakow is an annual trip and have stayed in numerous places and this sadly is the worst experience.

Very rustic and unique rooms but rough around the edges - room needed refreshing with painting required. The kitchen did not have enough utensils, pots, pans etc for the size of the room. It was was to see bodged repairs had been carried out in various areas in the room. The kitchen cupboards were dropping to bits. Very noisy street outside which disturbed our sleep. Staff are not very friendly. I had mentioned when booking the room that it was my partner’s birthday. Other hotels I’ve stayed in have made an effort to make the stay more special for sub occasions (bottle of wine provided in room etc) but this hotel did nothing. Lovely building with lots of character but we were disappointed overall and expected more for the price we paid.

Hotel was very clean in a central location. While breakfast was not included there was a restaurant next door which offered discount to residents which was mainly egg based but tasty .

The perfect location for our time in Krakow. Once we parked we could easily walk to restaurants, shopping and the sights of Krakow. And I loved the historic building. An amazing experience.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement probablement conçu par un architecte d'intérieur. Bien que ce soit un appart hôtel, on peut prendre le petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel et il y a un réceptionniste 24H/24. Le ménage peut être fait tous les jours. En un mot, il a les qualités d'un hôtel. Le personnel est agréable. et peut donner des renseignements en anglais. L'hôtel est particulièrement bien placé à 2 pas de la place.

Great location, very good breakfast, nice rooms, very good and helpful concierges, good housekeeping. Great selection of restaurants nearby and the center of town square. Cons: no closets, no laundry service for your clothes. I still will recommend them.
