「Listing is completely misleading with respect to parking. Room was OK, but some of the listing photos were misleading.」

「We got excellent communication from the host regarding check-in. The only thing that tripped us up was that the apartment is higher up the stairs than apartment 5. Because the apartment has 4 in the name I assumed I was in the incorrect place. If this could be highlighted it would be the perfect check-in process. There are also a lot of steps to get to the room. Not a bother for us, but if you have mobility issues, this may be tricky. The room was everything that you need. Great amenities and...

「The location of the property was excellent and the room was very clean. The shared bathroom was a bit tricky in the mornings when people from all 3 rooms wanted to shower and get ready for the day! The bed was also very low although comfortable. The bedding smelt lovely and it felt very safe in the area around the apartment and in the building. 」

「Zippers of the duvet cover and pillow cases were damaged. Therefore, the contents inside slide out constantly. One supporting plank on one side of the bed was destroyed and the bed lowered a lot when seated on that side. I reported those problems to the owner, but nothing was done during our 6 nights stay. There is no kitchen utensils, only plates, knives, forks and spoons in the room. The location is great, with short distance to public transportation.」

Non c'è stato modo di farsi cambiare stanza o almeno ottenere la sostituzione del divano. Per ottenere i codici del check-in ho dovuto sollecitare 3 volte e i QR code per la colazione in un bar vicino (carino) erano sbagliati per due volte e per ottenere quelli corretti ho dovuto alzare la voce. 4 notti e niente pulizie. 「I am so surprised that it does have reception and no lift. I need to carry luggages and climb up more than 3 floors. No information was given to me before I arrived . Check in is by password that I was never been informed. How come hotel.com not knowing all that and inform me when I am doing my booking. It is lucky that we met the owner at the entrance of the building, otherwise it will be a nightmare..very bad communication.」

「A little off the beaten path (which we loved) but still a straight shot/walk to shops, marketplace, restaurants. Off street parking was great! Beds were amazingly comfortable, woke up feeling refreshed every morning! We needed a pack n play half way into trip, and it was delivered same day we asked. No complaints. Would highly recommend!」
