The hotel was excellent. It was lovely and clean, aswell as being very comfortable. It was lovely and warm too. The staff were excellent and very helpful if you needed anything. Would highly recommend this hotel, it was only a short 7/10 minute walk to the Christmas Market too. The location is great and everything is within walking distance.

The whole stay here was great from the moment we walked in until we walked out. Great friendly, helpful staff. Only a short walk from the Old Town main Square. I requested birthday balloons for our arrival and they were waiting in our room when we arrived. Brilliant service. If we return to Krakow we will definitely book this hotel again.

Clean, comfy and the location is perfect. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The square and park is a 5 minute walk. We felt very safe even late at night.
