"The hotel is great; it is located right in the center—on the main square—making for a perfect location. It is an older building, but it is very well-preserved and kept very clean. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't have air conditioning—though I didn't actually need it, as it was cold every night. They did have heating, but it would be nice if they installed A/C; at least for me—living in the U.S.—I am accustomed to having air conditioning. I 100% recommend this hotel: it is very clean, centrally located, and well-maintained for a 3-star property."

"The hotel is in an excellent location just a minutes walk from the main square. There are plenty of restaurants close by and in the square. We had a family apartment which was brilliant. Had two bedrooms and each bedroom had its own bathroom and kitchen area. Would recommend the accommodation. "

"What a gem this hotel is! Unbeatable location within minutes of Krakow's main train station and local sites, great facilities including an infrared sauna, and the most efficient and professional team of staff who went above and beyond from my initial call (before booking) to check a few things.
