「bathroom floor covered in hair from past clients」

「We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and...

「Very modern, clean, efficient set-up with great location. You get the basics and arguably better than traditional brands as they have older buildings. Only thing I missed was in room safe and didn’t need one but hopefully reception had iron / hairdryer. Would use the brand again. 」

「Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. 」
