It is located conveniently to the local restaurants, Chicago Metra train station, and was close to the Illinois Railroad Museum, which was my primary reason for going here. The room was clean, quiet, and sufficiently setup with the basics like towels and cleansing products. The breakfast bar was setup nicely with foods that I liked.」

「Please don't book this hotel, it might be a little less money but it will cost you your sanity. Filthy is the best way to put it, in service, in cleanliness, in caring, in amenities. Don't expect a clean room, or anything else you might be hoping for. Please, please, save yourself from this disaster. 🙏」

「Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again.」

「Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do.」
