「酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。」

「Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. 」

「We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. 「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor. 」
