「The pool is closed by 10 but the person responsible for it closed it at 9:45 and would not let me out. His name is Adele. When asked him to open the door he started throwing chairs around angrily. The same person later intimidated my son at the pool. Don’t know whether it is a coincidence or not. Other people at lobby was attentive. The pool is too small for the size of the hotel and people from nearby buildings also use the pool. I stayed for 10 days but used the pool only once. Parking is...

「10 out of 10 stay! Every employee was absolutely incredible. They made you feel valued, cared for, and took the time to speak to you. The room, lobby, breakfast area, and the hallways were clean and smelled amazing. It is in a great location with a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The entire weekend we felt appreciated, safe, and full of joy. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to visit again!」

「The property has excellent access to the beach and several swimming pools to choose from. There were several hidden, undisclosed fees such as, daily resort fee, daily parking fee, and a $250 hold on my card for incidentals- which will be returned “based on my bank”. We had an issue with our first room- there was a leak- and they promptly moved us to another room and provided a $50 credit. All in all- it was okay.」

「We enjoyed the location and amenities provided. However our room was not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed or mopped upon arrival. The room was fine but the finishes were old and worn. There were cabinets missing hardware and stains on the doors that would not wash off. The curtains and lampshades were torn.
