"Very small room but clean with a newly remodeled bathroom. Window air-conditioner seemed adequate but it wasnt a super hot day. Mattress was very comfortable. Nice little courtyard but unfortunately they allow smoking in it. Parking was behind the building, where you couldnt see your car, but we didnt have any problems. "

"Hotel was nice, beautiful views. If you don’t want do use a lot of steps, both to your room and around the property, don’t stay here. I assume a lot of Sedona properties are like this due to the terrain, but if you prefer less steps, I’m sure there are properties that can provide that as well. "

"The location, 20-30 minutes from Sedona, in Cottonwood was great. They provided us with $5 vouchers per person per day for the Crema Craft Kitchen where we had breakfast on two occasions, very good. Our room had a balcony, with two chairs and a table, great for people watching. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Great place to stay if you plan to visit Sedona."

"The only negative I would have is the rooms need an update. Our mattress was so bad I felt like I had a spring in my back. "

"The perfect location for a Sedona trip. We had two children 13 and 9. Booked a rim view amd it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service took care of kitchenette. We were able to do the airport mesa hike from our room. The balcony was picture picture and we filled in the must sees with a jeep tour. Will be back! "

"Shower was dirty full of hair. the mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner were used as they were almost empty. Towels were also dirty"
