The only problem we incurred was the shuttle to the casino. They said it was available 24 hours and the telephone # provided was on the card, asked to leave a recording. Waiting 10 minutes, no response. Called the Front Desk and was told to call the number on the card. Never heard back from anyone.

There was no one at the lobby to check in, so we had to drive back up to the Casino Hotel to check in, then back to the Lodge for our rooms. It would have been nice to get an email or text prior to arrival that this was necessary. The room overall was clean and well appointed. Only the refrigerator had not been cleaned and smelled bad.

You can't tell right right off the bat this side of the casino full area grounds is getting neglected. They don't even open the check in area anymore had to pull up to find that out. Just the cleanliness of the outside by the stairs and ice machine weren't the most pleasant. Overall the do have a pool and a free shuttle that takes you do the casino. Floors are ok, floors have been updated, but at the end its a cheap hotel. The hotel that it connected to the casino is nice, very updated and still has that new feel to it. The lodge is half the cost but be nice see a little spent on some outside property upkeep, just so theres no drastic comparison between the two properties. Did enjoy the casino 🎰

The room door didnt shut and lock unless u slammed it real hard im a female didnt like the idea of my room not locking so i put the chair under the handel and used the chair to keep it shut

The room , the staff & the amenities ! They gave someone else my Suite that I paid for they refused to accommodate me (Felix) and other female staff on arrival that originally messed up my room request didn’t do anything to accommodate us for their mistake . Very bad experience at this “lodge/hotel”

The room was without a microwave or a mini fridge. Apparently are also dog friendly which I was not aware about. My allergies were so bad all night. The neighbors next to us left their dogs tied to a tree on a long leash allowing the dogs to use our patio as a bathroom. The pool was not heated nor was there a breakfast. To check in you had to drive up to the casino hotel to get your cards. They wouldn't allow us to use the pool at the hotel casino because we weren't staying there. In the morning for coffee I had to move the coffee machine to the floor to make coffee because where it looks like it use to plug in is now just cover plates on the wall. And then to top it all off, someone stole the hitch cover off my truck.

From what I understand the hotel was completely booked and the only rooms available was the lodge, which is where we booked a room. We had a horseback riding adventure during the day and were on a time crunch to get to the hotel, get checked in, change, find something to eat and then get to the comedy show by 8:00 pm. When we arrived to check in at the Lodge, it was close, all check in had to be done at the hotel. Sure would have been nice to know this in advance. Long line to check in which then did not allow us much time to change and come back and find something to eat before the show. One would think if both lodge and hotel are sold out, check in would be available at the lodge. Will definitely play a part should we ever decide to go to the Casino again. Regards Paul

Its on the older side but back in the days this was the place to stay the rooms are vary spacious the bed was so comfortable the only thing would be the bathroom would be outdated and needs a make over the tub was very slippery it was like walking on a sheet of ice had to place a towl in the tub so one could stand without slipping.
