「Overall I think the property is average and offers a lot of false advertising. The pictures do not quite give you the real thing. The pool area needs a lot of love and is significantly smaller in person. Shadowland Bar was ok - and again the outside area is small and underwhelming. Our room was a good size and clean. 「I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. A staff member I think came to show us where our room was again, felt rushed. In the description it said fresh fruit and snacks would be provided, there wasn’t any at all.
