「The property had a lot of families with kids, which made it quite loud throughout our stay. On the first night, we had a serious issue in our room—the bathroom door locked automatically and we were unable to access it until maintenance arrived the next morning. 「The staff is absolutely stellar and super-friendly! We were provided with rides up to the uptown parking lot, which saved us a lot of time and effort. The sound bath that was held in the pool area was a relaxing (and free) event. Our dining experience was terrific! Will definitely stay at Amara Resort when we return. 」
