「The apartments are in impeccable condition and ideally located with free ample parking. We staying in the Prestbury suite for 2 weeks and the Battledown suite for a week. Sarah was a gracious host who ensured that our check in and transition from one suite to the other was smooth. Sarah gave us some advice on what to do in the Cotswolds and she was spot on! Just yesterday, Sarah wrote to us to let us know that we had left something behind and she was going to sent it to us by post to Canada....

「Very clean, we had a small double room which was fine for a couple of nights, very modern and location was perfect. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water the local coop shuts on a Sunday at 4 so there is nowhere to buy water apart from the pubs. Would definitely stay again.」

「The room we got was above the outdoor patio and the main intersection. This meant that we got a lot of traffic noise as well as loud conversatinos even past 3:00am. Staff will take care of complaints of on-property but have no way to control street noise. We were in the room when the temperatures were high but leaving the windows open night was not an option due to the noise. A fan might help」

「So good! Great location and lovely staff. Room had an amazing view and everything we needed. Be prepared to walk up lots of stairs to get to the top floor, but once you are there it’s totally worth it. Incredible view. 」

「Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby.」

「Fantastic location for town access and all that Cheltenham has to offer. Even though 1B is quite small it has everything needed for a short stay and is comfortable and very clean. Great communications too. Would recommend to others wanting easy access to Cheltenham town.」

「Bedding had mold spots on , so had to go and buy our own bedding for our stay , accomadation had no key to lock door , internet which has been paid for was poor.」
