The location for touring the Cotswolds was ideal. The food in the pub was excellent and plentiful, especially the breakfast. The room was charming and very comfortable. I can’t say enough good about the staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was excellent and the staff extremely attentive and caring towards the guests. My only complaint is the noisy neighbor above Room 7 that paced back and forth all hours 9f the night. He owes me a coffee.

This unique hotel above a pub, located in walking distance to the town was very noisy because of the busy road that passed by. The room was small and while advertised as having a king size bed, the bed was only queen-sized. The bathroom was equally small. The staff were over worked due to a lack of people. The one young lady was everywhere-checking us in, serving drinks and dinner etc.

Very under staffed , felt for the team as they were pleasant however they were clearly very understaffed which affected the overall stay. Breakfast was average , very basic and not very tasty .. again probably because they were understaffed but i would have expected more from here in all honesty. Beds were comfy .. although toilet seat was broken and no air con.

Great stay with my partner & dog. Very helpful staff. Wish i had got the names of the two staff members who helped me most but forgot. Would high recommend this stay to anyone. Breakfast was brilliant. The room was small but really nice. The outdoor seating area was great to enjoy a drink in the afternoon. 5/5
