「我在這裏，住了3日2夜，地方乾淨，而且近購物地方，可以共用厨房，大廳，方便，分別幾家人入住， 不過可惜房間太細，比較狹窄，無電視機!」

「有冷氣，位置非常好，距離超市，巴士站，大教堂，都非常近！可惜，櫃台服務人員，態度很冷淡！我們本來只預定了最基本的房間 8 晚，但他們卻給我們一大間 apartment，共有超過10張 6尺雙人床那麼大！我們很害怕被加價，不過幸好沒有！可是進飯店，搭電梯出來，要走很遠很遠，還要上 26個階梯，沒電梯！中間要開關 7 扇門，門很厚重！而我們的行李共有 80 公斤，所以很艱苦！設備很不錯，有免費的膠囊咖啡，唐寧茶可喝，有小冰箱，有小小一瓶真正的鮮奶！網路上，這家飯店的apartment，都是附有小廚房，有廚具，可是我們住到的apartment，沒有廚房廚具，而是附有一間客廳，有一台很大的新的LG 電視，可是不能看！還好臥房有一台比較小的舊電視可以看。Wifi 常斷線，最恐怖的是：晚上10點半之後，絕對沒熱水可以洗澡！不幸的是，今年的夏天，英國多雨又冷，晚上常15度C以下！賽倫塞斯特大概被觀光客騷擾得很煩，對觀光客比較不歡迎，不友善！賽倫塞斯特是「科茲窩丘陵」的中心，方便搭巴士去周圍很多美麗的小鎮，村落！」

「We had a lovely stay, the room had everything we required and was very clean. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy working at the hotel. The location is a short walk from the town centre and there is a large car park at the hotel. We would definitely like to visit again.」

「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」

「I really enjoyed my stay at Riverside Hotel. There was plenty of space available in their free carpark. As there is no Reception on site I received the check-in code exactly as explained on my phone. The process at the hotel to collect my key worked without a problem. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, had a very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the en-suite. I had a comfortable night's sleep. 」

「ダブルベッドの一室を利用しました。他の方のレビューのとおり部屋の中に床が抜けそうなところがあったり、音は響くし、４室あたりにバスルームが一つしかないのはちょっと少ない気がしますが、私が利用した日は幸い夜は静かで、バスルームも混み合うことはありませんでした。 それよりもこの値段で電子レンジ、電子ポット、冷蔵庫と簡単な食器等が用意されていることに驚きました。キッチンはないので料理はできませんが、スーパーも徒歩５分圏内に5つもあり、買ったものを温めることができます。 建物は古いですが、掃除は行き届いていると思いました。 チェックインは別の建物でする必要がありますがスムーズでした。チェックアウトは非対面なので混み合うことも待たされることもなく簡単でよかったです。」
