The staff were excellent. Unintrusive but always there when needed. Polite, bright and attentive. Can’t believe how hard everyone worked over the festive break just so guests could relax. Visit to Gloucester.

Great hotel in quiet area. Lovely room with excellent bed and amenities. Plenty of car parking (£5 per 24 hours) and the breakfast was excellent.

Overnight stay

Overnight stay with my wife, the rooms are comfy and clean. All the staff we met were excellent, especially the restaurant staff. We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast and all were cooked really well and tasted lovely. Well done to everyone who works here.

Room was clean, and quiet. Food was good. Staff were really friendly. Room was large and comfortable. My only issue is that the water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible. Also, it kept heating up randomly too a very hot temperature then going back to the setting. Wasnt very good. But everything besides that was great.
