The upgraded room was lovely and all of the staff very nice. Only criticism....the pool was full of children and even the swimming lane was being occupied by a single child lesson. Also , there was no water available anywhere for a drink....a must really where you have steam and sauna facilities

The staff were excellent. Unintrusive but always there when needed. Polite, bright and attentive. Can’t believe how hard everyone worked over the festive break just so guests could relax. Great hotel in quiet area. Lovely room with excellent bed and amenities. Plenty of car parking (£5 per 24 hours) and the breakfast was excellent.

The choice of breakfast was great, lovely spacious dining area. The pool and sauna were lovely however the Jacuzzi & steam were both out of action :-( Booked as in a squash Competition and good to go back to the hotel spa & recharge the body! Room was great, everything we needed & comfy bed. reception staff were very polite and helpful...great job!
