"A few things stood out for me. First, was the check-in process that was seamless. The lady at the reservation desk was thorough, patient, and helpful. Second, my room was as I expected - clean, spacious, comfortable. Third, the grounds provided areas that my wife and I could relax comfortably with some privacy. Fourth, breakfast, although being continental, was full of variety, and finally the check-out process was also seamless. In addition, the staff was friendly and helpful as you would expect."

"We had a great experience at Tiny Bird House inside Redlands Koi Gardens. The outside gate stays open for the guest from the side street. No issues with using the code to enter the Tiny Bird House. Everything was super simple. The property itself is serene, tranquil and was such a beautiful, relaxing experience. Very nice and helpful staff. Koi ponds throughout, live parrots and two sweet cats are on property as well. Rooms are spacious for "tiny" home dwellings and well equipped kitchenette. Bathroom was beautiful!! Living room has trundle for a small child to fur baby to sleep too. Wifi top notch for needing to connect to the net. Highly recommend!! "
