I left an item in my room and didn’t realize it until the next day when I was in Key West. The staff was super helpful and made sure I got my item back when I came back into town. I’m super thankful for the staff and their helpfulness and professionalism. Ended up staying here the night I got my item back and would 100% stay here again if I’m ever back here.

My family and I stayed here 4/1 thru 4/4 for the funeral services of one of our family members. We were a fairly large group and the staff was not only wonderful but understanding of the circumstances. The lobby was modern and perfectly designed to accomadate our group and many other guests. The bartenders at the lobby bar so welcoming. Everyone at the front desk was fantastic and told us all to let them know if there was anything we needed. Defintely recommend and will be staying here again soon!
