"Room was clean and pristine. AC worked beautifully. Staff was SO kind and helpful for everything. My airline lost my bag on the flight here and the hotel staff were able to accept it on my behalf while I watched a Broadway show. What would’ve been a huge blow to my trip was handled so swiftly and with such care. We didn’t use the breakfast or the bar but it looked swanky and the entire hotel had an elevated feel to it. Definitely recommend for the convenient location and wonderful staff. Only complaint was that the water/ice machine on my floor wasn’t there, but they provided guests with free water bottles at the front desk to accommodate."

"It’s my first time staying out of Marriott and actually it was quite nice. The staff was amazing. It was located in a very hectic part of New York, but it’s kind of fun to be around that energy. The rooms are spacious and great views from any room that you stay, you see a little bit of the New York skylight."

"Sometimes communication within the staff failed but ultimately the management followed through on problems and fixed them. Cleaning staff were wonderful. Excellent location for bus and subway transportation"
