"This hotel is in a very busy area of Manhattan. Once inside, it feels like another world. Our stay on the 19th floor was quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping overall seemed completely overwhelmed everyday but eventually our room did get cleaned later in the afternoon. The rooftop bar was a great place to unwind every night. Be prepared to a wait for an elevator to get to your room or the rooftop"

"This hotel was great. The rooms are a little small, but my wife and I were exploring all day so the space was perfect just to come back and rest. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great area that makes walking to sites easy. The rooftop view is awesome, a nice cherry on top of everything."
