「Central location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Parking is a few blocks away, so it’s not ideal. There is a lot next to the hotel where patrons can unload their luggage. Our 3rd-floor room was very nice, but we kept banging our heads into the slanted walls b/c we are tall. We were glad for the elevator! Staff were great and welcoming. Very responsive to a request we had to check a wobbly toilet. (They tightened the bolts.) Coffee and tea stations on every floor, and glass jars filled...

「Very misleading, arguably a scam! Pictures of the place were not accurate. There was no A/C. Bathtub was filthy and not properly cleaned. The door knob and door knob assembly fell off on the back door. The door safety locks did not work. They way this was described online and on website was not accurate at all」

Hard to find anyone to do anything - no front desk staff at all. Room not available on time. Very onerous cancellation and change policies. Not worth the cost AT ALL - stay somewhere else!」

「Sorry to say the mattresses were so firm that it was like sleeping on a blanket on the floor. Same with the sofa. Nice place though but we left the day before we were scheduled to go home. Went to a hotel on the beach with real mattresses to get some sleep. 」
