「We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)」

「We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. 」

「We stayed on top floor balcony facing the water and it was beautiful. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Don't leave your plate unattended because it's open air area and birds will take your food. 」

「The concierges services that my family got from this resort is 5 stars. We already received the concierges services days before we arrive to the resort. During the stays, we always have a my teenager children felt very safe moving around by themself giving the adult have more time to ourself to enjoy the vacations. I would definitely look forward to back to this resort. 」

「Absolutely the best in taking care of guest, safe clean and beautiful beach. The best part, the food, so good, health and outstanding, can't wait to get back. 」

「Un lugar muy lindo para descansar con una vista muy linda al mar y bellas instalaciones. Al llegar el front desk fue muy amable su nombre es Faustino y nos dio buenas recomendaciones. El único pero es el otro encargado de la recepción de nombre Aarón tenía cierta actitud y cero servicial. Fuera de esto todo el staff es muy amable y el lugar súper lindo 」

「Fabulous resort, we were kindly upgraded to a casita and it was stunning - maid service twice a day, in the evening our ice bucket would be filled . Our rooms were clean and spacious with quality fittings and beautiful balconies where we could sit and listen to the sounds of the jungle. The staff, without exception were friendly and helpful.
