"There was a mix-up with my reservation, and when I arrived at 8am, after traveling more than 12hrs, was told I had no room until 4pm, despite having booked the previous night and called to insure the early check-in. There were literally no rooms available, and I had an event at 5pm. I was desperate. The staff promised to do the best they could, with guest check-outs imminent. I took a nap in a pool-side cabana (comfortable, if hot and humid), and a couple of hours later was gently awakened with the news that they had a room for me. Yay! They gave me a beautiful upgrade and took wonderful care of me!!! Too bad it was only 2 nights. The entire staff, from front desk, to Bistro, bar, valet/driver, and housekeeping were marvelous!!! Thank you all!!!"

"We were blown away by our stay here. We were just having a little staycation for the weekend. Me and my husband enjoy the hotel very much. At night we hung out on the property and it felt that we were on our very own private patio. I didn’t want to check out. "

"Big suite with two balconies and really high ceilings for about $800 a night. I thought it was a great deal. Easy walk to the charming village and its restaurants. Convenient to the baseball park and to Miami proper."
