「Everything was nice 」

「All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Accomodations were comfortable and clean. The only thing negative is parking is half a block away. 」

Initially, they assigned a room on the 4th floor and when we requested a higher floor it was granted with no problem. 「The stay was wonderful 」

「The only complaint I have is the pool wasn't open. However if I had been informed of this when i called to verify, this would have been a deal breaker for me. I called on April 30th and a guy at the front desk, stated " yes we do have a pool and it opens on May 1st." Then when I check in with the kids, the pool is still not open. I had time to cancel my reservation without penalty, if I was given the correct information. I have younger kids that were very disappointed because of this. I would...

「All was good, if you are going to the convention center this place is perfect. Beach is another story, a slight walk. Elevators were not good though. One broke while I was there for my one night. The other 2 you could press your floor and the elevator would forget, one moment you're going up, then all of a sudden down and you have to repress the button. One of the rides I just got off so I didn't get stuck. Woke up the next morning to see one of them out of order.」
