「Super cute and clean bungalows. Not sure if it’s just because it was the off season, but the pool was half drained and was green and not nice appearing. We did check in at 10pm and the code on the door was not the code they had sent me so we had to call to get the code. The bungalows truly do float so expect some motion/noise while sleeping. Otherwise, very nice area. 」

「Water smelled like mold, tub and jets were nasty. I wanted so bad to take a bath but didn't want to soak in that. pool and hot tub had nasty things floating all around in it. It was warm but definitely needs a cleaning.. Bed super uncomfortable and very small. View was beautiful very peaceful. The view was pretty much the only thing that made it worth it. The people were kind that was also a positive.」

「Clean cabin and nice staff members. I didn't like that we didn't have the pillows and the comforters ( but got informed about it before the trip ). Our cabin was by the railway so it was super loud, I couldn't sleep. The bathroom is not connected to the cabin ( and I also knew about it before coming to the place). My husband said the men's bathroom smelled absolutely horrible. 」

「Expedia gives this an 8.6 but is extremely deceptive about this stay. First, I received a call from the owners prior to check in asking what time specifically I would be checking in. They clearly don't stay in the office unless needed. As soon as I arrived, the owner walked my fiancé and I to our cottage with a very brief tour and then went straight back inside his home which was right next to ours. 「We were in town for a memorial service for the family Patriarch. This property was perfect for the family. Large yard, fire pit was definitely used. The kitchen!! Two sinks, two oven and microwave! All appliances in working condition. Clean, roomy, comfortable home. Owners were very easy to work with. We would rent again, if we ever found a need to be on the Eastern Shore.」

「The cabin pictured and advertised on Expedia was NOT what was actually booked. The pictures showed and total different set up including bunk beds and a full bath and kitchen which were not in the actual cabin when we arrived. The pond that’s in the background was not anywhere near the cabin they put us in. The cabin you see on Expedia is not what you actually stay in. 」
