「My room was so clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff were always friendly with a smile on their faces. There was one employee who was a male, he was exceptional, it’s unfortunate I didn’t get his name but he worked at the front desk. He would always open the door with a beautiful smile. Thank you to this gentleman. The beach view was breathtaking as usual. Easy and safe parking. Thank you guys.」

「Not exactly what we expected from reviews. Pools and bathrooms were quite dirty and honestly not too kid friendly for those under maybe under 8 or those that can’t swim due to depth. Our room door handle was loose as well as balcony door was difficult to open. Bathroom was very tight and old carpet everywhere. It does look like they are doing renovations though, hopefully has a better future outlook. The breakfast was nice and had a great view and was located right on the beach (however no ramps...

「The check in process was terrible. I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my room. The check in time was 4pm, and I get my room around 5.45pm. The rooms looks nice, but was not cleaned properly. There was a lot of trash under the sofa bed from previous customers. They do not have enough carts to load your luggage. I only saw two. And the one they have, look disgusting. The location is perfect.」
