「Great location. Very hard to find something quiet in Mexico City. If you book a room without a balcony, they face the back and are very quiet. Good AC and nice comfortable bed with good quality linens. Staff was very friendly and arranged massages for us in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「The location is truly incredible and offers great value for the price. The beds were comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. Room service and towel changes were available, but you had to request them, and service could be a bit slow. For example, the AC in my room didn’t work and was never repaired (fortunately, the weather was mild so it wasn’t a major issue). Overall, the location is a major highlight, but the service was adequate rather than outstanding.」
