「There were minor glitches with housekeeping and breakfast during our weeklong stay. Each time there was an apology and a correction made immediately. That level of responsive service is refreshing. We are grateful to the staff (especially Diana at the front desk) who helped us navigate through two days of cancelled flights.We will stay at Xoma every time we come to Mexico City! Lots a room to spread out, and kitchenette was perfect to cook some small meals if you didn’t want to go out. Location is superb! Close to the action of Zona Rosa, with that said be aware that it can be loud late at night. This was no issue for us however, they do provide ear plugs. We stayed in the red horse suite, incredible! The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful.
