Hotel is in a great location and the staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very limited, not very fresh and the coffee was lukewarm. The road in front of the hotel is under construction so cars can’t access it for pickup or drop off and the sidewalk was torn up and blocked off half the time.

The staff were extremely hospitable. The room and amenities were well kept and pleasant to spend time in. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. The only downside is that you can hear the nightlife outside.

Great and spacious room! We booked the room with the balcony and city view and it was amazing! Lots a room to spread out, and kitchenette was perfect to cook some small meals if you didn’t want to go out. Location is superb! Close to the action of Zona Rosa, with that said be aware that it can be loud late at night. This was no issue for us however, they do provide ear plugs. The amenities were great, they have a fitness area and steam room. Staff was incredibly helpful and suggested great places to eat and activities to do in CDMX. Highly recommend, will stay again!

Staff is very helpful, the location is amazing, and the rooms are large, modern, comfortable and clean. The only complaint we had is that the included breakfast is not very good and the restaurant staff were not very friendly. There is also road construction taking place in front of the hotel so access isn't the best but once that is complete it should be great. If you can, try to get a room at the back of the hotel. The first 3 nights we were there we had a room at the back and couldn't hear any noise from the clubs across the street. On our return trip, we had a room for 1 night towards the front of the building and could hear the nightclubs at 4:00 am.

This hotel is great! The rooms are perfect, the service is really good and the area is great! the breaksfast sizes are a little small so if you are someone who eats a lot it is not for you, but in my opinion the breakfast was really good.
