"Pros: -Staff: the staff members were friendly and very helpful/accommodating. -Neighborhood: We were located in a descent area with the ability to walk to Roma Norte and other neighborhoods. There were some adult shops near the hotel so be mindful if you have kiddos traveling with you. -Transportation: Metro Station and bus stops located conveniently near the hotel. -Food: Complimentary breakfast was included in our stay and some days you were able to order from a menu versus other days having a buffet style as the only option; the breakfast options were just okay and generic but it’s a nice option if you're trying to save money. Plenty of restaurants nearby for you to explore. Cons: -Construction : There was so much dust due to the construction throughout the week and it was difficult to walk in an out of the hotel; also you cannot sit on your balcony during the construction due to the dust and noise. The hotel staff did inform us about the construction after we booked and we thought it would be minor but we were wrong as there was heavy construction on our street. -WiFi: the signal was weak quite often so we relied on our data mostly and the weak WiFi signal was not a deal breaker. -Noise: There is a ton of noise across the street from nightclub/bars and they play the music all night into the early morning hours ( Monday-Friday). The noise didn’t bother us too much because we were able to tune it out but if you’re a light sleeper then this hotel is not for you. "
