Stayed here for my wife's birthday. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make my wife's stay special. The room was clean and modern. The upstairs was great, as was the meal in their basement restaurant, Xuna.

My wife and I stayed at the Casa Izel hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. From day one the concierge staff was very helpful and attentive. The staff at the rooftop restaurant was also very attentive and helpful. While the menu options weren't extensive, every meal we tried was amazing and the attention to detail in the dishes was phenomenal. The room was lean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend and we will be staying again during our next visit to Mexico City.
