"Great room but the beds were really small. The bathroom door was frosted but you could still see through the door and there was a large mirror in front of the bathroom door. To top it off the bathroom door was a sliding door that did not close all the way, so absolutely no privacy in a room that sleeps 4!"

"The location was great we walked to the Shedd aquarium in no time. The hotel was nice, we found it really irritating that we were constantly asked to join Hilton rewards by the staff standing at the elevators. Also you can not control the room temperature it was so hot and their solution was to open the windows which had no screens and it was pouring rain and everything was getting wet. They do not clean rooms or bring clean towels you have to call and ask every time you want clean towels. The history of the place is cool and they do have a Starbucks and restaurants. There is no complimentary breakfast. I’d honestly give this place a 3.5/5 stars. "

"The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The Krave Cafe area was such a treat. We felt so cared for with the face masks and light exercise equipment. We loved curling up in the window seat and enjoying the views over the river from above!"

"Our stay at this property was AMAZING!! The whole staff was polite and attentive! The hotel itself was very clean and organized! Not to mention the view we had in our room... BEAUTIFUL!! Would definitely book here again, 10/10 recommend for your next chicago trip"
