「I did not use the laundry room. My only complaint was and still is… if you’re going to be a pet friendly facility. Please have the proper cleaning supplies and cleaners to remove the smell of the pet before the next guest arrives. Some people actually have a pet allergy.」

「The room was clean. The things i didn't like is that they test the smoke alarms early in the morning without giving notice and the cold water didn't work for like a day so that caused the toilet not to flush . I called the after hours number no one answered and i didn't get a call back.」

Parking situation is ridiculous, cleanliness is average. The only pluses, proximity to NASA Space Center and the swimming pool. 「I had to carry luggage 47lbs up 3 flights of stairs. You should definitely mention that upfront. It is not ada accessible. The room had a dead roach in the kitchen when I first arrived. It was almost midnight so I had no energy. Early the next morning a roach was crawling on the tv and another one in the bathroom. I was able to change rooms, but it was extremely inconvenient! I’m requesting a refund. I’m so disappointed.」

「loud all night, water in bath won't shut off, gnats everywhere. I don't mean a few gnats, ALOT of gnats. coffee pot didn't work, room stunk of mildew. Just out right nasty. DO NOT Stay here」
