「The night girl was not friendly at all. Closed the pool early, when that is the only reason we stayed there. She said the manager told her too. I didn't verify right then, but surely she was lying. All rooms smelt like milder and mold. We had to move from the 1st one it was so bad.」

「Did not get a double queen that we booked, but a king and pull-out sofa. There were no linens for the pull-out, so called the front desk and was told to come to the front desk to pick them up. Then I had to call for more towels because we only had 2 sets for a family of four. Also the door to the room did not fit well. We'll probably not return to this hotel.」

「Breakfast is okay, would be better with more options. Staff is courteous and respectful. Parking is convenient.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. The breakfast was good. The air conditioner was set at 75 and wouldn't let the temp be adjusted. It was quite warm since it was 98 degrees outside. Still a good deal for the price.」

「The breakfast area was clean but the food wasn’t that good. The potatoes was hard for “ both “days. the sausage wasn’t browned they were still really light. The eggs had water in them. Please put a little more effort into how the breakfast is prepared.. this is my go to hotel in this area.」

「If I were being picky , I could mention the fact that this property is well kept and very clean . Other than the laundry service missed a few hairs . That is so insignificant; I was wowed by the staff management and the room concierges . This Hotel is so wonderful anytime I’m in this area again I will stay there . Breakfast will get your day right . And the staff will get you safety and sleep right . Loved my stay .」

「We almost always stay here when we visit Houston area, which is pretty frequent. We love the convenient location and walking to Cracker Barrel for supper.」

「Hotel clean nice breakfast layout friendly staff comfortable bed only complain is the before I check in I inquired about the business center and was told they had one got there the computer was locked front desk lady said it worked but she didn’t know what happened gave me the number to the general manager it was working but the next day it was lock again and black out again my feedback is to not advertise you have a business center then lock it or say it’s a technically it never got corrected...
