Room was as expected, clean and great for one night. Asked for wake up call but never received. Shuttle works well, run every half hour but you must be there 20 mins before departure and they leave from Terminal C at Houston airport which we found out by ronging the property as there was no information about pickup

Pleasant stay, our original room was having ac issues around 1 am. Staff was niece and understanding, changed our room immediately. Both rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was ok nothing outstanding but for one night it was a good stay.

Room and check-in was as expected. The communication regarding the shuttles however was lacking very much. 40mins curbside waiting with luggage, despite being told 15 minutes by the driver. Then, the morning shuttle for 6:30a left at 6:12am - I’m assuming to get to the airport at 6:30 but that wasn’t made clear or something I’ve ever heard before (and I travel often).
