I understand policies exist, but customer service should also involve compassion and reasonable discretion, especially when a guest reaches out immediately. This experience left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I would strongly encourage future travelers to double-check airport locations before booking — and to be aware that in situations like mine, there may be no flexibility or support. "

"Staff were welcoming and most helpful. Shuttle from and to the airport was a bit chaotic, but worked. Room was wanting, desk light did not work, 3 hangers only, carpet/baseboard pulled away from walls in several places. Thought we could use couch for sleeping space, but no bedding provided. "
