Room was poorly cleaned. The floors had our feet black on the bottoms from walking on them and the walls were filthy. Bathroom tile had no grout on floor and everything just seemed thrown together. Only 2 pillows on a deluxe king sized bed with a sheet and a throw blanket

The lady in the office is really nice and helpful and the rooms are very nice even has a kitchenette very comfortable and clean and your by everything food and stores they also have a bbq area and a basketball court for guest it’s really nice definitely will be goin back

I had a reservation to stay at this hotel from July 11th to July 12th in a room with two double beds. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quite slow, as the person who typically manages the hotel was out of town, and her sister was overseeing operations in her absence. She mentioned that she was not familiar with the check-in process and informed me that if I was accidentally overcharged, I could call the following day for a refund. Additionally, I was informed that there were no more rooms with two double beds available, as I had originally booked, but I agreed to take a room with one bed since she was kind and accommodating during check-in. The issue arose the next morning during checkout. I understand that checkout is at 11:00 a.m., but I accidentally overslept and stepped out at 11:20 a.m. As I exited, the person managing the hotel was outside and began tapping her wrist repeatedly to indicate that I was late, doing so in a manner that came across as rude and unwelcoming. When I approached to return the room key, she stated firmly that checkout was at 11:00 a.m. While I did apologize, I believe that, considering I was not provided with the room type I originally reserved, a 20-minute delay in checkout should have been handled with more courtesy.

You get what you pay for

Pictures on website do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Rooms were accomodated well but the condition was poor. There is NOT 24 hour front desk service as advertised. Hallways contain junk in corners. Shower in room looked to have mold on the wall near the shower. Threadbare towels had hair stuck in them. Unused bare electrical wiring exposed in room. I stayed a week having prepaid. If I hadn't prepaid I would've left the moment I stepped in the room. I only booked this place because it had a 9.0 rating. I guess people are rating this based on the price. It does have better amenities than similarly priced places, but it was definitely not a place I can recommend for anyone used to a hotel.

Great overnight

This was basic hotel room for an overnight. No pool, business center, breakfast buffet, exercise room but a good bed and shower. Along with a full size refrigerator, gave us all we needed. Did a men tion lowest priced hotel room we've seen in years??
