「Terrible experience. I had to cancel last minute to due strep throat and flu. Hotel WOULD NOT refund me - even with a doctor's note! Expedia said it was the hotel's decision, and the hotel said it was expedia's decision. Called and waited OVER AN HOUR with expedia and basically got nowhere! Super frustrating. Will not use expedia nor stay at a LaQuinta ever again!」

「I love this hidden gem. The hotel is so nice. Love the studio suite with the kitchen island. It’s all top notch at a reasonable price with lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. 」

「Staff couldn’t be bothered very unfriendly. Went to use the pool and was told we couldn’t use it. The whole reason for booking there was so we could have a pool day after our cruise. Staff not apologetic in anyway at all. Actually told me I am crazy to let my kids swim anyway they will get sick. Then told me what do you expect from an airport hotel. Room had stains all over the carpet, bed sheet had stains and were ripped. Had to ask for bedding for the second bed. Foot stool also ripped....
