「Great location」

「We didn’t realize parking wasn’t included. $30 extra a night is wild to me. Won’t stay there again. Everything else was fine.」

「Loved the separate restroom from the shower room! The wall shower jets were also amazing!」

「very convenient for business and tourism people 」

「Great hotel for a family stay, close to the mall and the Cynthia Woods Pavilion.」

「the hotel is clean but I still can hear the noisy talk outside 」

「Wi Fi connection is not very good at some locations in the room. 」

「Always loved the Residence Inn for the roominess. Having the fridge and kitchenette is very handy for leftover foods and drinks. Even though they don’t clean the rooms daily because it’s an extended stay type of hotel, they do respond timely for any needs like extra towels or if the linens need to be changed.」
