「Clean room, friendly staff」

「Great place to relax for a weekend.」

「Great location」

「Excelente habitación, el gym necesita cambiar los equipos ambas tread mill no estaban en funcionamiento.」

「very convenient for business and tourism people 」

「The Staff at this property were friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfy. Those are the 2 best things I can say. Property needs a serious upgrade. Hole in the bathroom door, bottom of door looked like it had been kicked in. Stains on the walls. Odd smell in the hallways. Kind of gross overall. Even though great price. Next time I will pay more to stay somewhere a little nicer.」

「Neat and affordable hotel. I got a king size bed. Excellent and safe location in the Woodlands area. Perfect location right across the Woodlands Mall Area. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good location and affordable price.」

「The fridge and tv didn’t work and the lady at the desk tried to tell me a already check in when I didn’t and finally figured out she gave my original room to some else and gave me a different room that didn’t have working tv or fridge and could fix it tell the next day when we would already be checking out」

「Always loved the Residence Inn for the roominess. Having the fridge and kitchenette is very handy for leftover foods and drinks. Even though they don’t clean the rooms daily because it’s an extended stay type of hotel, they do respond timely for any needs like extra towels or if the linens need to be changed.」
