The staff member who checked us in was personable and professional. She also took time to connect with my daughter and engage with her. When we had been in the room about 10 minutes she called to make sure everything was in order and to our liking. Very impressed. The building is clearly old and in need of renovations, but it was clean. The bathroom was in need a deep clean, but it was clear that it was not for lack of trying. It was just an old room. Breakfast was delicious!

The staff were kind and the rooms were clean, but the beds were not comfortable and the shower water was like warm. And $14 parking fee? That is silly. Otherwise, the location was good for an easy walk to the concert Pavilion.

Everything was great. The walk to cynthia woods wasn't bad and the pool is open 24hrs, so we could jump in after a hot day in the lawn. We will likely stay here for every concert. The full kitchen was a nice surprise.
